Fail to create admin account

Hello, I am using the wizard to incorporate fusionauth to my app, it went well until the creation of the admin account, it says in the top of the page:
"FusionAuth encountered an unexpected error. Please review the troubleshooting guide found in the documentation for assistance and the available support channels."
I checked in my database and the schema with fusionauth is created, but it does not let me create my admin account and does not redirect me to the admin ui like it says in the steps.

@marengoapp Did you see any errors in the system log files? If so, please share them here.
