2fa always invalid code when registering

First of all, please understand my poor English.
Each time 2fa is registered, the result of "invalid code" is displayed.
Email authentication works well, but only Google Authenticator authentication continues to fail.
I checked the relevant trouble shooting document, but I don't think this is the problem.
Which part should I check more?
Additionally, I wonder if I can check the log when an error occurs.
